Τρεις πολύ παίκτες Ευρωπαϊκών συλλόγων πρέπει αν φύγουν αυτό το καλοκαίρι σε άλλη ομάδα αν θέλουν να σώσουν τις καριέρες τους. (Αγγλικά)
MARIO GOTZE
Almost a year ago to the day, Mario Gotze fired an iconic volley past Sergio Romero in the Argentina goal to clinch a historic fourth World Cup for 'Die Mannschaft'.
12 months on and the German attacker's career has somewhat stalled under the
lucrative guidance of Pep Guardiola.
Gotze has found it hard to break into the first team throughout the season
and when included has not been used in his favoured position.
The wealth of attacking talent at Bayern means that the team is not designed
around the former Borrusia Dortmund man and he has felt 'unloved' at the
Allianz.
Gotze's talent is not up for debate, he is one of the finest young players
in Europe and would be a wise investment for any club in Europe's top leagues.
Bayern have already added Douglas Costa to their roster this window and with
yet more competition in an already competitive squad, now might be the time for
Gotze to seek a move.
PEDRO RODRIGUEZ
Just four years ago Pedro was one of Barcelona's front three that won
the 2011 Champions League final.
The prolific attacker was key to Barca's successful campaign but his
position has now become that of a benchwarmer after the arrivals of Neymar Jr
and Luis Suarez.
It is obvious that Pedro will not break into what is now arguably the finest
attacking trio ever assembled but he is too good to be missing out on first
team football.
At the age of 27 he is entering his so called 'peak years' and should not be
wasting them at Barcelona.
He's one of the clubs finest youth products of the decade and for a
time one of the finest attackers in Europe.
The talent is still there and it should be argued that Pedro would break into most top
teams in Europe with ease. His time at Barca is up and he knows it.
EDIN DZEKO
It never really was a match made in heaven for Dzeko at Manchester City.
Despite the Bosnian striker having the odd patch of impressive form he has
never consistently delivered at the Ethiad.
His partnership with Aguero was never fully successful and the Argentinian
talisman will always be the man who leads the line for City.
Dzeko is still a man who can score goals but needs to find a team that play
to his strengths.
He is, after all, a very accomplished finisher and has all the physical
attributes to be a top class striker.
At City you feel his career will be limited to substitute appearances or
being forced to play in a system tailored for other player’s needs.
Many clubs will certainly express a lot of interest in Dzeko and there is no doubt he would flourish at a number of other clubs, particularly Roma.
The Italian giants are in desperate need of a centre forward and they could
certainly do a lot worse than Edin Dzeko.
Do you think the time is up at their current clubs for these three players?
